R&D staff takes a roll in almost all of the Group’s projects; they work effectively and engaged especially in products development and products improvements projects. R&D Dpt. Is always in a continuous Research state of work on all of the Group’s manufactured products from leather & shoe polish products, Air Fresheners, wood cleaners, in accordance of product development activities in the line with the objectives of the group meets which enable the Group to add new products every year.
The Distribution of the product development projects based on a staff of highly experienced engineers who achieves there targets in an organized way and time effective. R&D dpt. Staff main working principle is to develop the products and renew it to increase its competitiveness without compromising on its quality to assure the consumer – oriented satisfaction, also renew those developed products that participate in the Company leadership in manufacturing field .
With the help of the continues investment that Ozden Group invest in that Dept., D&R dpt. Laboratories uses the most up-to-date devices and technologies.

Production: Ozden kimya  is considered the manufacturer within Ozden Group of companies,  it uses the most advanced technology, high quality machines  and production lines from plastic injections, CNC machines tool, turning workshop, automatic filling lines, automatic packing &packaging lines, with the help of all of the fully automatic production lines that assure error free and potential speed production.

Quality: Ozden kimya plant meets the Quality standards of ISO 9001 and   ISO 9001 quality control with its high quality production system in addition that all of the manufactured products has GOS quality certificate TSE certificate, Ozden kimya had been awarded after been tested  from the European leather technology center  (SATRA Certificate) that all of the manufactured leather care & shoe polish products never cause any harm to leather and been certified as  harmless to leather.
